Advocate Gizem Aksun is the Founder and Managing Advocate of Aksun Legal and has been actively practising law since her admission to the Bar in 2004.
She graduated with an LL.B. in 2003 and subsequently pursued postgraduate legal studies in the United Kingdom, completing an LL.M. in European Law and Integration at the University of Leicester.
With more than two decades of active legal practice, she has gained extensive experience across a broad range of contentious and non-contentious legal matters.
Her practice includes Company and Commercial Law, Family Law, Contract Law, Probate and Estate Administration, Civil Liability and Torts, Property Law, Dispute Resolution and Litigation.
As Founder and Managing Advocate, she leads the firm’s legal and strategic work, advises clients on complex legal matters, represents clients in court proceedings and oversees the preparation and conduct of matters handled by the firm.
She works closely with the firm’s advocates and legal support team, providing direction on case strategy, legal analysis and the overall management of client matters.
Advocate Gizem Aksun has extensive experience advising both local and international clients and is committed to providing clear, practical and strategically focused legal solutions while maintaining a highly personal approach to client representation.
In addition to her legal practice, she is responsible for the overall professional direction of Aksun Legal and for maintaining the firm’s standards of professionalism, integrity and client care.
